Executable format

Hello all,

I export an .exe format from Revit and I tried to open it in another computer but I get an error message that the graphics are not supported…

What kind of graphics card or other computer characteristics the computer needs to have in order to support the 3D Visualization?

Thank you in advance!

Hello @Marts you can find the minimum requirements here : https://enscape3d.com/knowledgebase/system-requirements/

It seems that the computer you are talking about is missing a GPU or is simply too old.

@Marts , since the Enscape Standalone file provides the exact same experience and quality as within the main Enscape software itself, it also requires the same System Specifications including a 64-bit Windows OS, Windows 7 or later, and an OpenGL 4.2-compatible graphics card.

If these conditions are generally being met, the reason for a standalone file not running is almost always an outdated graphics card driver. In this case, please make sure to update the graphics card driver for the machine you want to run the Enscape Standalone file on. This will drastically increase the chances of Enscape being able to run, albeit the system seems to not have a supported GPU installed I’m afraid.

For lower-spec machines, Macs, and mobile phones we recommend to use our panorama rendering feature, which should be a valid substitute. Please have a look at this knowledgebase entry for more info.
