i hope someone can help me.
My computer broke and i am not able to open it, this means that i can’t deactivate the licenes key that is active on that computer. || Now i have a new computer but my license key is not available. can somone help me deactive or reset it, so i can use it again on my new computer?

I am have similar issues and have not heard from support for over a week.
Below is my issue message that was sent January 25, 2023
I am following up regarding my case number 01187032. Everything went south when I upgraded Enscape through SketchUp. It was working fine until I clicked on the recommended upgrade link. I am getting an error saying that I have exceeded by seats and to remove my license on another machine then to activate. This does not make sense as it was always installed on this machine that I am using for my university projects. I desperately need some attention to this as I am in my final projects for school. Can someone please contact me ASAP to resolve my student license key for Enscape
