I need your help here.

Form yesterday, I am having a trouble with rendering. Materials are not applied to

rendering image and whenever I tried to open Environment,

“failed to create temporary file name (error 80: the file exists.)” message comes out.

Rendering time got really slow..and all the materials are not showing in final image

Whats wrong here??

Please send us the scene and fill out a support ticket. This sounds like something that we need to take a closer look at and of hand I don’t know what the direct cause of this might be.

I´m having the same problem!!! PLEASE could you help me to find the solution? It´s highly important!

Problem solved…if you´re facing the same issue, you need to clear the TEMP directory. On a typical windows installation that folder is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ASGvis\Temp Note that Application Data is a hidden folder.
