First of all, it’s $40, not $45. Second, I said only international receivers have to pay this. Third, you pay for shipping the same way you would buy a book…with a credit card or PayPal, but as I said, I would send instructions about this on Monday.

Just a question when dealing with animations – what optimal image sampling settings would you suggest?
(Obviously render time as low as possible)
I typically have problems with “pixel swimming” that you have mentioned i.e. grass.
