One of the best guys I’ve ever worked with is a german guy called Vadim Draempaehl - he’s done plenty of modelling and rigging over the years, is really efficient at working remotely and his standards are incredibly high. Rates are good too considering the standard! His reel is at demoreel 3d character animation and he was quite well known for this yeah! - boss dancing
