Hello,
I have a problem with the grass in Enscape and dont know how to fix it. I have topo surface (grass) and on that around the house I have pavement(floor) made of tiles and on some parts grass goes through that floor and I dont know how to fix that.
This is the part of it. Please could you help?
if you are using Revit make a building pad under all floors and set the material of the pad to anything that doesnt say “Grass”. I usually use “Site-Earth” but it doesnt really matter.
You could also split the topography to create an area under all floors that doesnt have “grass” in its material name.
ok, thank you very much on help

Grass coming up through other objects is a “very real issue” in Enscape, it just creates a lot of unnecessary effort like the workaround above, of splitting topography into different materials suggests.
When you create a pathway or a driveway there shouldn’t be any grass popping up
So much better solution is for Enscape to use a bit of intelligence and understand that once you place an object over a grassed area, the grass should be nullified to that particular area, just as it happens in a real-life situation.
This would make rendering sites so much easier
