Weird actually. If you cannot find the problem, can you send me an archive of the scene < nikki@chaosgroup.com >
Any MAX exposures on ?

nikki Candelero
It almost looks like a bad authorization it use to do that with some of the older builds but what you see in green would have been red. I would double check your auth code and/or check for raytraced materials.

at 1st it almost looked like one of the color channels was turned off as well
check your ram usage… we had similar issues when not all textures fitted into memory - but in fact it’s just a shot in the dark as it looks not exactly like the problems we had
good luck,
michael
thanks guys
well i don’t think it has to do something with the auth (1.47.03 is that already that old?)
we never use max mats/maps so no raytrace mat in the scene.
@nikki: i’ll send you the file next monday
cheers and heav a nice week end

hi there
it seems that we’ve solved the prob.
there were some glossy refr. mats. after setting
back the refr. glossy para to 1.0 everything renders fine.
the scene was just too big to send nikki.
regards
ale
Good happy to know you fixed it.
Best regards,
