Hello! I am new to Enscape and I have this grey mass in Enscape when looking outside the window. When I click onto the mass it has no BIM data. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? I have pictures below.

Welcome to the forums! It sure looks like there’s some kind of plane in your model somewhere.
I think there’s two options here:
- Maybe that plane is not visible in your current view in Revit, but it’s visible in a different 3D View thats perhaps selected in Enscape. You can access your Revit 3D Views through Enscape using the View Management:
Does the plane disappear if you switch to a different 3D View in Enscape?
- The “Site Context” feature could be enabled, showing a very empty piece of land. If you click the Site Context button, is the interface empty like this?
If yes, keep it like that. If you see some data there, let me know.
Can you please check if any of these are the solution?
The grey mass appears to be geometry in your file. Perhaps from a linked CAD file (hence no BIM information).
