[image] White plastic material with a painted symbol on it? But one Titan X alone needs 600w, right? titan x needs 250 W at full power, see the specs here, they recommend system power to be 600w because everything else needs power :), my 1080 uses 180w but less actually, thats at full power an…

[image] Trying to make the sparkle come out from silver material? This is becoming and expensive hoppy  cheaper than beefing up cpu power, in a year or two its gonna get even better, imagine you have a big job and its taking awhile to render, just run to the store, buy another card you h…

Agreed! In about a year, I might be due for an upgrade, so a large case with lots of GPU slots, might be the solution. [image] lens effect mask cheaper than beefing up cpu power, in a year or two its gonna get even better, imagine you have a big job and its taking awhile to render, just run to t…

[image] Vray2 to Vray3.15.01 to Vray3.10.03 DR Broken not sure but am already out of power slots, packed! No power slot left in my box either, which means I can only use one Titan even though I have 1200W.

[image] GI Settings for huge images No power slot left in my box either, which means I can only use one Titan even though I have 1200W. found out there are additions for that:)

[image] GI Settings for huge images It will be a while before we get there.. I’ve been waiting for that day for about 4 years now. I remember buying (4) of the original Titans when they came out and ran them in one machine with a 1600 watt PSU. They been sold on eBay…now I run dual xoens but stil…

[image] GeoSun's Azimuth and Latitude static during rendertime what’s the issue your having really? right now many people are just doing gpu rendering and on massive projects, its already there, gpus are really powerful and scalable, i have used just a 1080 to fully render a 50 mill poly scene al…

If the old titans are faster and less expensive, why make and market something slower and more expensive? That sound a little crooked.

What are you comparing the Titan X Maxwell too? The 1080? its not in the same class. The 1080 is a beast for gaming kills the Titan X Maxwell in that aspect but for raw cuda performance it’s on par with the a Titan X Maxwell.
