Cosmos updates without waiting for a new release of Corona, so I was wondering - did you notice the new search functionality?
You can enable AI Searching (highlighted in red below):
This makes it smarter at finding matching assets from a general word description, rather than relying on a precise text match of your search term and the name of the asset (we did some background tagging of Cosmos assets to make this possible).
This should make it much easier and faster for you to find the assets that will compliment your scene perfectly 
You can start up a discussion in the Corona for Max or Corona for C4D boards if you have thoughts, requests, or run into issues.
