Headlight Fireflies

Hi there,
So I run into this issue a lot when doing animations and have chromy headlights with harsh sunlight.
Any tips/advice on what to try and reduce/remove this? This has been a problem for me for years and years, and I would love to finally look into this to see if there are any solutions possible?

My setup is Vray Sun. My Render Settings are attached,

It’d be better if you shared a sample scene.
Sun settings and material setup contribute to the issue and need to be checked as well.
