Help! - trouble running beta.

I’ve installed the vray for rhino beta, but when I click render two windows pop up:

First:

Activation Manager Init failed (126)
The specified module could not be found.

Then:
VRayforRhino
V-Ray for Rhino has expired.

I have the latest Beta build, I don’t know what’s going on.

Anyone have a clue?
