Hello, I applied for a student license by student email, but I got an answer that my email is not a school email. So I uploaded my certificate of enrollment. However, I can’t get any reply after 5 days. what shoul i do? should i just wait?
@ho_97x , we were a little bit overwhelmed by student requests last week (which is of course also great to have so many new Enscape users!), so kindly give it another few days and someone should get back to you again. 
If not, let me know and I’ll gladly have a look as well!
Hi I have applied for student license a month ago and few days ago at least 3 times. All of my classmates received their licenses except me. Could you please help me out on that issue. If necesarry, I can apply again as well.
