I cannot seem to extend the PLE license another 3 months...

I received the Chaos e-mail, followed the “mychaos” link, but was only brought to a page that showed me my current PLE license status (11 more days). There was a download button which I assume got me the updated 6.1 version?? But, there was no ‘extend PLE license 3 additional months’ button or link or tab.

How do I do this?
