Hi, I saw all this in my product download page, is this mean I can download all of it and use it?
If they appear on that page (which correlates to Chaos), this means you have licenses for them. If this is not the case on your end, do tell. Note that the page always shows the newest versions, although the license may be for an older version only.
After I install Chaos Player, i get -197 error as you can see in the attached image, chaos player is show in your plan page.
Are you sure the account you’ve logged into the website is the same as the only used for the license server?
Do you have a license for ChaosPlayer? Check localhost:30304.
