I admit that the rendering need a warmer light, but your correction looks green and blue on my screen (!) Im really worried now how my work looks :?

IMO it’s a couch. Yes, i admit it looks distractin, maybe a clipping plane to come after it would’ve’en better.

I schould ad: These apartements sell cause of the view. the client wanted the view (swedish city) to be easy to recognize.
I am well aware of that the view would be far more washed out. and blurred.

One remark though. I think your bike is not well aligned with the floor. It seems to float a bit at the back, and diving into the floor in the front.

the 2nd one is spot on imo, the background is really distracting though, and the desk, well, i kind of liked the plain one better.
but i guess clients will be clients 
must be fun working for someone that does his best to ruin an otherwise perfect picture

Definitely brighten the background a bit and make the interior a bit darker. Everything just screams at you this way, really hard to focus on anything.
Very nice images… the tricycle in the image seems to be in the wood at its front end.. and in the air at the rear…
