We are tentatively looking for visualisation assistant candidates and wondered where people advertise this kind of thing - I’m not sure if it is ‘the done thing’ to advertise here on the forum, but we need someone who is talented and withing commuting distance of Oxford, UK, so advertising on international sites is pretty much a no go.
Any ideas?

Using Freelancers is ok, but gets expensive and to be honest i need someone sitting next to me so you can iron out the mistakes before they happen.

The candidate must have exceptional skills in the 3D modelling aspects of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vray and Photoshop. Though an architectural background is not absolutley necessary, you must be able to understand architectural drawings.
