The graphics cards of those laptops are very low end, as is usually the case with thin and light laptops. I am not sure if they meet the minimum specs required for Enscape, but they are well below the recommended specs. Personally I wouldn’t suggest any of those laptops for 3d rendering, unless you are doing some very very basic models.
What are the specs of your current laptop?

Lenovo P1 (4lbs) with Quadro T2000 is the minimum I would recommend for Enscape

Gaming laptops will generally be cheaper than the Lenovo with more performance. (You pay for the Quadro and workstation quality.)
If you want a 13" the Razer Blade Stealth is probably the only option - GTX 1650 or 1650 Ti

Otherwise there are a bunch of 15" options around 5lbs - I’d look at something with a 2060 or 2070/2080 Max-Q to get the potential benefits of RTX as that gets more support.

Your current laptop isn’t a powerhouse, but the two laptops you are considering will be a significant downgrade in terms of performance compared to what you have now.
I’m using 13" HP Envy laptop which is a very light laptop
i5 7th gen CPU, Geforce Mx150 video card
I do my sketchup and just started using Enscape on it also
For enscape - Get one with an Nvidia RTX compatible card and as much VRAM as you can get.
