Some early low resolution color proofs.

They all look pretty good so far, although they’re all very COLD and uninviting. Make the lighting a bit warmer, or cheat it in post

Yes, they’ll probably change a lot over the next few days. I’ll warm them up for the finals.

Looking great so far, I do agree with the colour temp but cant wait to see the finals

These went easy, so far. I started and got them to this point in the same day. I sent then to the client, however, I haven’t heard back yet.

Cook them for more time…Under my experience is not that good send stuffs that fast.
-this one is simple but if you have a complex one, they are going to expect the same time frame
-somebody could start making numbers and think that they are over paying for your services.

On this one, I sat on it for two weeks and I finally had to just get it done for the first round of reviews. Believe me, I didn’t tell them it took a day.

These are looking great! Love the living room shot so far. I’m curious - do you tack on a certain percentage to each project to cover purchasing new furniture and decor elements?

Thank you! Yes, I always allow 10% for new stuff, but usually end up spending more. I have learned that high quality assets is extremely important. I did get feedback on these and I’ll update the over the next couple days.

Kitchen update. I noticed my wall tile starts on 1/2 a run..crap! I’ll have to fix that.

A subtle warming filter.

I would either pull the lights up or shift your camera so that the top of the cabinet bites into the glass and the one on the left isn’t sitting on top of the handles. Is there any under mount lighting at the cabinets? A nice wash back there would help. The biggest thing that jumps out to me is the pile of dishes on the island… I’m not sure what narrative that cluster suggests

All good suggestions, thanks. Yes, I have already removed the dishes, which were not working.

Update to the living room - rendered, clean and fast, which is awesome!

update to the kitchen and small updates to the living room.

Loving these images Bobby. Love the color palette. I’m really digging your door texture and how you can see the subtle wood grain. I would have simply applied a white paint to the door out of laziness, but it’s the subtle details that combine to make fantastic images. A couple things that stick out to me - the stove has 3 burners on and they draw unnecessary attention to themselves. Also, the ceiling fan seems a little small, though I’m sure it’s the correct size. I don’t know why, or that it would help anything, but I’d kinda like to see a bit of light spilling out from under the doors leading to adjacent rooms, unless the door in the kitchen view is the pantry. That little succulent garden is fantastic!

Thanks! Typically, I have a running list of things I can do, to make images better, if I have to return to them. On this bucket list was correct mapping on the doors. Light under the doors, I like that. Maybe, I’ll try to do that in post. The ceiling fan does look small. I’ll have to check on that.

The bedroom.

Looking good!
…but the floor looks a bit, uhhm “oversized sandpapery”

That didn’t turn out as I wanted. Any tip on carpet? I used a diffused color with a displacement.
