I have a student license until September 2024. However it has been somehow deactivated and I can’t reactivate it. I don’t know where else it would be activated as I only have one computer. How can I fix this problem?

In this case for I cannot find any license tied to the e-mail used to log into this forum, so please make sure to either reach out to us via that educational e-mail instead, or simply share that specific address, or instead your license key with them.
