Hi,
were gettign this very frequently. Usually restart helps but if it doesnt then the machine is disconected form vray for as long as 30 minutes.
It once happened on all our machines during one single day but since then the problem stuck to one machine but happens every week.
Were not even using all our licenses at a time.
Whats going on here please?

License is still down…3 restarts…nothing…we are proceeding to reinstal as we have to get working on projects. hopefully this will make iot work again

License is down again for good half of the day… is this being sorted somehow?

boils down that license server on this particual machine had to be manually added through manage license server.
Addition of the license server automaticaly failed upon instalation.
Works now, but this is really stupid…no to mention that no on e bloody cares.

Error 7 suggests you might not have the latest Chaos License Server version on your end.
I am not sure which Chaos product you use. License Server needs to be manually edited in manage license server if necessary. If there is some change in the setup.
