lines on surfaces in render

While rendering a Sketchup model in Enscape, in the middle of some surfaces lines appear. In the Sketchup model are no hidden edges causing this, nor is the materials scale smaller than the objects dimensions.

I also uploaded the Sketchup view. As you can see the lines don’t appear here.

Does anyone know what causes these lines?

The only thing I can think is happening there is that you’ve used a “plank” style material from enscape and the lines you are seeing are from a bump/normal map.
