Very nice! i think the floor should be rougher and not too shiny. It almost disappear in animation. Looks much better in stills. Maybe you could make it abit more greyish too(Too white) Chairs and carpet looks like floating.
Nice to see a whole room(s) an not just a corner of one.
I agree with Epix, the floor could be just a little less white … only a little though.
The only visual thing that looked wrong for me is the pendant light in the hall; it looks too big; it either needs to be smaller or if you want the diameter to stay the same it could loose some height to make it look less heavy
What a nice video! I really like the style and I think, with the few tips from Epix and Paul, the whole project could get a lot better 
I also think the dark scenes were pretty cool and the detail with the switch and the light going on was very nice - but the light wasn’t really coming from the lamp (as seen in 2:37). But overall, well done! Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
