Add an asset locking feature to prevent deletion when applied purging. this is really useful when you are doing CMF sessions on a product and want to keep material. but because the nature of this job is to try a lot, at some point I need to use purge, but I don’t want to delete unused assets.

This is possible but we’ll have to design it in a good way.
Does it make sense to add the lock feature to a Tag? And then all assets which are in a locked tag are preserved.
Otherwise we’ll have to add the lock param to every asset type and remember to do it for new asset types added in the future.
