I wish ASGvis could produce a stand alone program similar to Material Studio that would convert MAT to VISMAT. Within the program, there could be an option to convert it for Rhino or Sketchup.

I understand about the existing converter, download trials of Max and VfMax, but that’s a major hassle. It would be a great ease if this was done away with. Heck, if you charged $10. for this converter - I’d pay for it!

I’ve been hoping for this since I purchased VfR and still nothing… :-\

Autodesk has their .mat format rather locked down, we haven’t been able to find any documentation, sdk’s or anything that might help us make a utility of this kind. We would love to though, if you happen to know anything about the .mat format
