Materials dont update

Whenever I update a material by editing the linked jpeg, the material in enscape doesn’t automatically update once that file is saved in the same location. I’m having to save a new texture to the material then exit materials, then I have to save it back to the original file to see the updated appearance. Is there a way to fix this?

The material updates in the revit render but not enscape.

@cutigerrox , at the moment this may be the only solution - may I ask why the materials are being edited even after they have been imported into Revit? Then I can forward that as feedback to our developers to see if we can implement a different workaround.

Refresh the view in Revit. Close the view driving Enscape and reopen the view or switch to a new active document.
