Max crashes if I check render to V-ray imge

Hi guys,
I’m having troubles with a scene where if I render the image using the vfb everything works fine but when I check the option Save V-ray img file, Max crashes and closes.
Does anyone have had an issue like mine?
I’m using max 2012 and v-ray 2.30.01

Does this issue appear for every scene or just to a particular one ?
Are you sure that you are using version 2.30.02 ? I don’t think we have such version for 3DSMax , perhaps you’ve had in mind 2.30.01
Would it be possible to install the last official 2.40.04 version and try to save V-Ray image file.

yes, I confirm the version. I made a mistake typing the msg.
At the moment is not possible for me to install the 2.40 but I can send you the scene via ftp to verify it.
