We are preparing some renders for a project in Saudi Arabia and are finding that there are very few people from that part of the world represented in the Assets Library.
Another post in this forum suggests looking at the Archvision products.
They have, however, different formats. Which format would be the best to use with Revit?

For Revit, none of these formats are going to work (you will loose smoothing groups and texture mapping).
The only way this will work is when enscape supports adding custom assets to their asset library.
Of you could use rpc 's from arch vision, but I feel they often look outdated (and rpc technology is outdated at this point).

I agree, RPCs look like 20th century stuff now. 
@jagostinhoCT , we’ll add quite a lot more diverse people to our Asset Library with 2.7.1 which will release around mid march so stay tuned for that. I’m also forwarding your feedback that you’d like to have more Saudi people available.
When it comes to the asset library, why are new assets only available with new Enscape releases. If it’s a web based system shouldn’t they be available for older versions. I’m currently having issues with the new releases of Enscape and Revit.
If an older version has the asset library available, then all assets will be available no matter which release you have installed. If you’re using an really old version, in which the Asset library was not yet available at all, then you will not be able to make use of our Assets.

Been in contact with your support for a while. A model which has worked perfect right up until the start of 2.6 had had crashing issues. With it 2.7 is entirely useless. Basically the model worked in 2.5 and earlier. In 2.6 it mostly works, but if I have a lot of people in the model it crashes on rendering. In 2.7 the ultra setting never start working in the file after opening and after an extended period of time waiting Enscape crashes and force closes Revit. (Tried with RTX disabled and no skybox reference) Running RTX 2080 with latest drivers installed.
Found your ticket - it’s still with our developers so you’re gonna receive an answer again, with a solution hopefully of course, as soon as possible.
Do we have to manually update a (preview) version or is it automatically added to the library?
They will always be added automatically since our Asset Library is web based.
