Currently there is no open beta program about Phoenix FD for Maya or Max so there is no option to become a beta tester.
Your request has been most probably transferred to the Sales Team for evaluation license but in order to ensure that I will need a ticket ID number.
Would you please let me know the ticket number you’ve received from our system so I could track the communication?
There is a Phoenix FD version of Maya 2016 already, it is an internal build which could be provided if needed.
