New Exterior updated metal.mat for download

This is my latest work tell me what you think

i liked the background quite a lot

is it bump map or displacement on the floor ?

striking red is becoming popular i guess and those heineken bottles are also familiar

same here…the concrete textures on the back building are really great…
I also like the rag doll on the bike…nice touch..

paul.

i like your Galvanized bike holders …the texture is good … question: do you do 3D for fun or are these images you show part of your work .. ?

i love the heineken bottles.

I sure hope Spirit is doing this for fun. Just too good to be competion   .
The texturing is amazing  .
The doll and the beer are a nice touch, but with the cigarette it is even better.

Marc

nice nice work, I´ve seen some of your work is all very warm, ¿you are a girl right? I havent seen many here. anyway your work is lovely.

wonderfull image!!!

Hi all

The back wall is made with a bump map only, the ground is made with a vray displacement map.

Most of my textures i do find on this place i’m sure you already know about this site but for you hwo don’t this is realy a good place to start looking for textures.

Thanks for sharing, but i cannot make it work…:frowning:

Can you post your settings for the white metal…I m so looking for this …

Nice work on the model and texturing  The chrome looks a bit well preserved though :stuck_out_tongue:

the max mat file you posted seems to only have the stock max materials, it doesnt include your material.

Spirit, with this quality of work you must be able to find work anywhere. As long as you stay out of Holland

You are always a delight to the eyes and I envy your work! You must be a smoker and a drinker lol. I love the subtle litter on the ground. And teh reflective glass over the building list is such a nice touch. now is this all hobby for you? Or do you do graphics for a living? Cause if you don’t than I think you’re in the wrong field!

My only suggestion is to soften the edges (or add more dirt to the edges) on the ground plane in order to match it with the base of the wall. It looks a little too clean of a transition. But beyond that this is superb.

Wonderful image! My only critic is where the wall meets the ground. The wall bottom is grimmy as it should be but the ground texture is clean were they meet. Other than that, beautiful!

Hi Spirit Your work it’s great !
Iloveit very very much, and so your past works
                                     regards

Cinquième thank’s glad that you like my work

very nice image. the bike looks a bit odd though. i think its because the frontwheel-fork is vertical, especially the part, where it connects to the frame, giving it a very cad-model appearance.
