Hi there
We are currently trying to create a pano tour (each pano linked) with the new version of enscape.
It requires one to login to the website and manage / link the uploaded 360s there.
We use floating licenses (we have 8 in total), when we login to the website with the credentials for the licenses there are NO 360s available to manage or link.
What step are we missing? Do we need named users to take advantage of this feature?
We are using this feature in a competition entry and its really critical that we can pull this off.
Please can we find a solution ASAP.

Hey @Thomas.Russell , thanks for your inquiry.
You’ll first have to upload the panoramas you wish to use for a tour to our cloud. Perhaps that is the missing step here?
To upload any panorama just click the little cloud icon below on the right of the thumbnail:
Afterward, you should see the panoramas located in your user-account in a folder named after the project from which the files have been uploaded:

We worked it out, we needed named users and to login whilst using enscape in sketchup as below.
This maybe an issue for us in the future as we use Floating licenses.
For now I am named.
