One feature that i miss alot is the ability to use a camera without perspective (or one with a field of view infinitely close to zero)… This would enable us architects to do real elevations/sections/plans from enscape as an overlay for a drawing. For this work i still have to use maxwell render or vray…
Is it possible to implement?

It is possible yet bears a few problems. You can almost workaround this mssing feature by chosing a very tiny field of view and then use the numpad perspective shortcuts. Then pan with the mousewheel.
But it may come soon as a native feature!
Thanks for the feedback i’ll try some of the workarounds for now, and hope for a true native integration in the future it would really mean a lot for our daily work here!
So how are we doing on this? I really this need to be a priority. I seem to be using this software more and more, and the place I work keep asking me when will the software (enscape3d) will be able to do elevations?

As described three posts earlier, there is a way to workaround (somehow). I can’t tell you an exact ETA for these kind of orthographic projections yet. We appreciate your ideas and feedback, which results in a higher priority for this certain feature. Hi - massive +1 to this feature - it would be killer, the textures, the shadows, true, scaled elevations!
(The workaround is a bit tedious) What would also be good is to have true axonometric / isometric projections,
as the forced verticals on the perspective view is a distortion.

+1 Was just asked to set up elevations views in SketchUp. We’ve been using enscape to show the client the perspectives, would be nice if we could show the elevations this way too!
