Very nice. I’ve seen this kind of ice cream before…did you use some special vray displacement parameters ?
Started from a downloaded shader, but was not really to my taste, so did an other one, and played around in Zbrush, so it is a displace / mesh mix.. Ended up with a quite dense mesh.. not that realistic, but tried to make it fast.

The shape of the ice cream is good but the shading makes it look a little hard/dry. Do you have any SSS going on?
