Actually Phoenix can do this. It’s the “heat-haze” mode on the Render rollout. Can you attach the scene here or send it to the support team so we can figure what’s wrong?

We got your scene and checked it - there’s no lighting for the fire because you are using matte on the vraymtlwrapper.

the radius must be big enough, otherwise the lights are entirely hidden in the smoke. the noise is just question of subdivisions, it’s not the problem here.
