Please Help "No 'plugins' folder found... Please try again"

I´m having problem. in Sketchup pro 8 for mac and trying to install Vray plugin in the Google SketchUp 8 folder,
it prompts: “No ‘plugins’ folder found… Please try again”. But the folder does contain a plugins folder,
Anybody can solved this problem?

Exactly what is the path your plugins are installed to?
Over at SCF we’ve experienced that users might be installing plugins to their user folder instead of the system folder which can cause other plugins to not locate their files properly because path references are messed up.

Are they all under: /Library/Application Support/Google SketchUp /SketchUp/plugins ?

There aren’t any use the User folder, is there?

but it still pop up with “No ‘plugins’ folder found… Please try again”

and there are all folder like this

and this is all in my plugins folder

but it still pop up again
