problems installing Vray for Rhino 4

Hi
i have downloaded 2 weeks ago last demo version
as I found it nice, I bought last version (download on your website)
I have tried to install it
installation was successfull but rhino doesn’t launch vray / I can see v ray in “curent render menu” but I can’t run it, it can not even choose v ray

what to do . I have urgent job to do

When you demo’d V-Ray you may have possibly installed the RC candidate which uses a version of RDK that isn’t supported in the current release. Once you’ve activated the license you should be able to install another version and not have to worry about it, so I’d suggest reinstalling the version that you downloaded to demo the product.

Please post if this doesn’t work for you.

That’s what I did first.
I have installed the downloaded version I bought without uninstalling demo version thinking that installation will ask me if I want to uninstall demo. but nothing
then I tried to launch rhino unsuccessfully (never opens)
so I uninstalled demo version before installing vray
I succeeded in opening rhino but not in launching vray

maybe should I uninstall and re install Rhino / Maxwell /V ray ?

by the way I have not been asked for activating vray license, I just downloaded it from the link sent with ASGvis email confirmation
