since dynamic components has been developed in sketchup to enable the user to interactive with the scene. I think Enscape team could probably provide the same operation in the real time render window or enable the VR contoller to get a quick interactive function

Yes! This would negate the issue of changing to fly mode to get through doors and provide more interaction in the VR experience!
