I’ve just had a go at this, and can’t seem to convert an EXR, PSD or even a tiff file. So it appears to be no good, unless I’m doing something wrong?
Interesting, I’ve never heard of the Magic Bullet - do you find you use that a lot Peter?
Adobe camera raw editor is very similar to Lightroom (in my very limited experience of LR anyway) but as I say you get it with PS so it reduces the need for more software. That said I do want to give LR more of a try for my photographic work. Would be nice to try and experiment with what I have though
