Hark! A voice crying in the wilderness. Sorry no one has answered your question yet. I guess with Sketchup, there’s much more control over line styles straight from SU, I don’t know anyone using the toon feature really. Could you post an example file (link to a shared file would be fine.) maybe if someone else can see the behavior, you might get some comments.
