thank you for your reply. I’ve included a simple image for you to understand the problem. My models are a little more complicated than this geometry but this image shows that the problem is happening with a new file with simple geometry.
anyways… the light goes black only when i make the vray rectangular light invisible.
i’ve tried changing a bunch of settings but no luck getting the actual light to be invisible instead of black. maybe there is a setting that i’m missing
any help would be really appreciated since the toon effect is really great and i’ve been struggling with this problem for a long time now
