Here are my tests for creating a “fake” falloff velvet feel to the material.

Which one do you like better?

1,2 or 3?

The first is the most real imo.

How did you do to make this effect ?

Are you doing manipulation on the original map like a vignetting on photoshop ?

3 is good fabric too, but not so my impression of Velvet.

Maybe something more artificial fiber.

Thank you @Mala_suerte . It’s all done in enscape. No photoshop or other software was used. I will post a tutorial on my youtube channel about it soon.
