I am using Enscape 3.1 and I am working on a rendering project / aerial view. I have tried to make a view of site land with river as the picture but not as owner expectation. I would like to make a render picture same as the reference image (Reflection of tree and sky on river same as the image). Please help me. Attachment is the :revit: file and the reference picture from internet.
You will need to control the reflectivity of the water, sun angle and color /clouds of the sky and height / orientation of the camera, depth of field and more.
Smooth / still water may reflect the sky more evenly
Darker water (think river vs clear ocean) will reflect the sky more than clear water with white bottom
Rather than “water” use a mirror like material for the surface of the water that is very reflective. Perhaps metal with a very smooth surface. This should better reflect the trees and sky.
If you can not define all the parameters to your satisfaction (ie depth of field that makes the clouds appear out of focus) then create reflection of the sky in the water with Photoshop, etc.
