Render elements with GPU

I use the render elements RAW Light and RAW Shaddow in post production. These two are currently not supported in GPU rendering.. Since rendering with CUDA is faster then just with CPU I would like to render with these 2 elements in CUDA setting.

We do plan on implementing some of the RAW elements on GPU, it is gonna be part of our 2023 roadmap for V-Ray GPU
