What does this error mean when I try to save out the completed render?

Do you have an image with the same name in the folder where you attempt to save?
It never allowed me to get that far. When I hit the save icon in the Frame Buffer Window this error popped up.
Well, this is strange. Are you using 3.40.02 version?
