I need to finish an animation, but Chaos Cloud stopped at about 98% and tells me to buy more credits. But I still have 10 credits left, which should be more than enough to finish the job.

Checked your account. It turns out we are showing wrong credits balance for your account (we’ll fix this really soon). Your credits are a bit less then 0 because of previous jobs. You can check your credits consumption here: https://cloud.chaos.com/billing
But I also noticed that you didn’t have the chance to use your 20 free trial credits. They have expired before you can try them. I’ll ask the Sales team to give you 20 more free trial credits so you can finish your animation. Hope this helps.
