Hi, I have been trying to renew my Enscape Student License but it has been a week and I still didn’t get a response. Can you reset my activations as well? I need the new license key as soon as possible to render my designs for my thesis. Hope to get a response from you.

Sorry to hear that, can you thus also check your spam folder for any messages from us? Because your license has been renewed so one of my colleagues definitely saw your request already - I’ve also reset the activations for your license, you should be able to activate Enscape as usual.

Hello, I again sent a request to from the institute’s mail, attaching a scan of the teacher’s card. Well, almost 3 days have passed, and as usual there is no answer !!! Let me give you some advice! Copy yourself the Corona Rener licensing type: it is paid, but it is acceptable for students, and you will receive additional income if giving away free educational licenses is so difficult !! This attitude is at least insulting, since I have been trying to get a license to study for more than a month !!!
Please thus send me your e-mail used to contact us - perhaps our system filtered your message out or anything along those lines, we’re usually rather quick to reply and students usually don’t wait longer than a week until they’re approved. I’m sorry you have been waiting so long, we’ll sort this out as quickly as possible now!
