fluorescent is too strong. and carpet’s color is too close to sofa’s color I think. And alcohol take a lot of attention here 
Like the bump in ceramic and overall lighting
you still need to play a lot with the displacement for the carpet and stones, and some other textures for the sofa and carpet, and also use some other glossy reflections, the wood is too reflective. and IMO the white coffe table in front of the sofa is way too close.
