Saving an image from the VFB always resets to the PNG type despite having saved multiple files in the same session as JPG:

It’s really more of an annoyance to have to always click and change the type to JPG every time. I would use PNG, but unfortunately it always makes an Alpha background when using the PNG file type, which is not helpful here as I do not normally need to do any post production in a photo editing app, and work diligently to get the JPGs correct in the VFB.

I’ll log this as an improvement request.
It makes sense, we just have to see if our infrastructure allows an improvement in that regard.
