Not to be blunt but I am happy for this to open up as a general discussion but in regards to my personal stance, work etc it is a mute point. I have contacted Gnomon to hear their view regarding my resale as I respect them as a company. I will wait to hear back from them. I know law is on my side but since I respect their company so much I am willing to take it into consideration. Now go after the people who pirate the stuff.

I know you seem to think Gnomon writes the laws of the land but they don’t. Busy yourself by contacting the people on e-bay selling their Gnomon DVD’s as you have obviously found a subject you are passionate about.

Just got a reply from Gnomon who said that is perfectly fine to sell my used Gnomon DVD’s. Don’t worry Cubicle I accept your apology, no hard feelings.
Gnomon have proved once again that they a great company who produce quality products. Hopefully now I can raise some cash to get some new titles. Got to keep on learning!.

There are 3 chapters to the terms and conditions, if you’d care to read them. The first quote was applicable to all products they make, the second was taken directly from the ‘training materials’ section.

Let it go, it is hard to be wrong, believe me I know. There have been many times in my life when I have been wrong, it helps build character, especially if you can admit to it. Why don’t you contact Gnomon if you feel you are still right, since you seem to think you know better than them.
