"Something went wrong" Revit camera view

Everytime I try to start a render in cloud in Revit with the camera view the render in cloud fails. This does not happen for other type of views.

I’m sorry for the problems you stumble upon, @matteo_vitali . Can you please share a screenshot of the error?

There is not a specific error, the cloud render just fails on Chaos Cloud. And it happens only when trying to render images made with the Revit camera view. Renders from the simple 3D view work.

@matteo_vitali , can you please share the Chaos Cloud job ID of the failed job so we can investigate further? The job ID can be copied from the job URL when you open the job details web page. If it’s more convenient for you, you can share the job ID in a direct message to me here in the forum.
